Agreement and operator

These terms are between you and Neral 运营者, the operator of Neral in China. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “the Operator” refer to Neral 运营者.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. By creating an account or using Neral, you agree to these terms.

The service and AI output

Neral is a personal decision-support service. It helps you analyze situations, record decisions and outcomes, and reuse relevant past context. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing it and for your decisions.

Neral does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Free public Beta

Neral is currently offered as a free public Beta, limited to the first 30 registered product accounts. No credit card, checkout, subscription, renewal, or paid plan is available during this Beta.

Each account includes 20 Thinking Credits and 3 Pattern discoveries per UTC calendar month. Allowances do not roll over or overdraw. New sign-ups or AI operations may pause when the Beta reaches its account or AI safety limit.

Beta changes and availability

Beta features, allowances, capacity, providers, and availability may change as the product is tested. Material changes will be communicated through the product or the public website where reasonably possible.

Because paid checkout is disabled and no payment is accepted during this Beta, there is no subscription to cancel and no Beta payment to refund. Account deletion remains a separate action available through the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use Neral unlawfully, to harm others, to interfere with or probe the service, or to process another person's information without an appropriate legal basis. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, secure, back up, and process it to provide Neral, including sending the content needed for an operation to the configured AI provider.

You can export covered product content and request account deletion. Some legal, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained after deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability, suspension, and liability

Neral is provided on an “as available” basis during the free public Beta. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or legal compliance, or when the Beta reaches its published capacity or safety limits.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If a dispute arises, you and the Operator will first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved, either party may bring the dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction in mainland China.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Beta changes. We will publish a new effective date and provide notice through the product or public website when a material change affects your use of Neral. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
